Target

The motto “Target run and done” is very true. I once came to this establishment looking for clothes and not only did I find clothes, but I also found a Halloween costume, pumpkins to carve, and gluten free crackers. I could live in this store and have everything I need. 5 stars does not express how great this store is. If you don’t believe me you must try shopping here for yourself.

Sue the manager should be fired. It took 4 hours to return a table. Customer service who I was on the phone with multiple times for over 3 hours told me it’s a very simple task they even emailed me my receipt that I lost and that was still not good enough for the manager. The customer service rep who was about 20 years younger then Joanne who looks about 50-60 had to explain for her to do the return then when she had to finally accept the return even though she didn’t want to she proceeded to throw the gift card at me. She should be fired and def not a manager

Employees really not to happy about helping u find sale items. Service desk employees while helping with a refund started speaking Spanish. I don't think that should be allowed. All u could hear from other employees were the same throughout the store. Not all employees engaged in this behavior.l find going into the store relaxed and leaving the store tense. No sale is worth that!

If it was ANYWAY possible to give ZER00000 stars I MOST definitely would!!! On 12-10-23 in the early morning hours I went to the Haverhill Target store to exchange a microwave oven I just purchased on 12-6-23,..so I approached the customer service counter and said "I don't want my money back, all I want is to exchange this microwave for one that works and can I please speak to a manager to ask if I can test it out before I leave the store because I live too far to make another drive here", so the customer service person called the manager on the walkie talkie and asked if after I brought the microwave if I could test it out before leaving the store and the manager responded back with a "no" answer. I then asked the customer service person if she would ask the manager to come and talk to me personally, the manager agreed, when she came over to talk to me I explained I lived way too far to come back if there was a problem with the microwave so Sarah the manager said yes I could test it out but they aren't responsible for helping me test it, so she proceeded to walk over to the nearest electrical outlet and pointed it out then I said "thank you". After I paid for the microwave I walked to the electrical outlet that Sarah the store manager gave me permission to use, while I'm testing the microwave another store employee comes over to me then yells at me to "pack it up and get out of the store",...I immediately tell her Sarah the store manager gave me permission to test my purchased microwave out. After I informed this employee that Sarah the manager gave me permission to use the outlet she went on to say she didn't believe me and for me to get out of the store. My merchandise was fully paid for and while I was testing it out I was yelled at by another employee to leave the store, words were exchanged and Sarah the manager finally came over and made a ton of excuses for that employee's conduct. I'm hoping the Target corporation will address this very ugly incident.
